Project: Convert 2 units at a new build bus station into an industrial-looking Pizzaria
Duration: 12 weeks
The property is a new build bus station at the heart of the Lancashire town of Rawtenstall. We converted 2 units of the bus station into an industrial-looking Pizzaria. This was a very cool and quirky project. Liaising with the architect and the client along the way to develop this fantastic looking Pizzaria.
Project: Convert the former 2 storey police station into six, one-bedroom apartments
Duration: 20 weeks
The property is a former police station which was built in 1892. It is constructed over two levels at the end of a row of terraced houses. There are two apartments on the ground floor with their own entrance and four with separate entrance to the rear of the property. All apartments consist of a comfortable entrance lobby including intercom, well equipped shower room, one good sized double bedroom and a good quality kitchen, living dinning space. This was an extremely interested project that of course came with its challenges, but one that gave us great satisfaction to complete and deliver to our client.
Project: Local school refurbishment works
Duration: 8 weeks
These 2 amazing properties, the oldest dating back to the 1800's, are situated in Greater Manchester and house a large number of school children from infants to sixth from. Our project involved the full refurbishment of 4 existing toilet blocks. We also created a new toilet block for the students taking part of an existing classroom, we serviced over 35 boilers and completed gas tightness tests on all. We installed a number of new hot water cylinders and pipe adjustments, decorated one of the main school halls and surrounding corridors, installed new grid ceilings in a number of classrooms and installed a new extraction system in the one of exiting toilet blocks.
Project: Full refurbishment of a 2-storey apartment block, comprising of 6 2-bedroom apartments and 6 1-apartments
Duration: 12 Weeks
This fantastic timber frame building was constructed in the early 2000’s. The building boast 2 entrances and over 2 storeys could house 30 residents in the 12 bedrooms as detailed above. The property was in very poor state of repair when we began the project, and it gave us great pleasure to be able to restore it to its former glory.
